Welcome to Campbelltown Transfers. By booking and using our airport transfer and transportation services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

• "Campbelltown Transfers", "we", "us", "our" refers to Campbelltown Transfers and its operators
• "Customer", "you", "your" refers to the person making the booking and/or any passengers travelling
• "Service" refers to airport transfers, shuttle services, and transportation provided by Campbelltown Transfers
• "Booking" refers to any reservation made for our services

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Campbelltown Transfers.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from us.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information including pickup address, destination, flight details, contact numbers, and passenger count.
• Any errors in booking information that result in service issues are the responsibility of the customer.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Prices are fixed at the time of booking confirmation and will not change due to traffic or route variations.
• Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash (where accepted).
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the free waiting period, extra stops, or changes to the booking.
• Tolls and airport parking fees are included in quoted prices unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or credit for future use.
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
• Less than 12 hours notice: Full fare may be charged.
• No-show: Full fare will be charged if you fail to appear at the pickup location.
• Cancellations due to airline cancellations or documented emergencies may be considered for fee waivers on a case-by-case basis.

5. Pickup and Waiting Time

• Customers must be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location.
• For airport pickups, we monitor flights and adjust pickup times for delays at no extra charge.
• Free waiting time: 15 minutes for domestic arrivals, 30 minutes for international arrivals (from flight landing time).
• For non-airport pickups, we allow 10 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
• Additional waiting time beyond the free period may incur charges.
• If we cannot contact you after the waiting period, we may leave and the full fare may be charged.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must behave in an orderly manner and follow driver instructions.
• Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers at all times as required by law.
• Children must be secured in appropriate child restraints. We provide free baby seats, child seats, and boosters on request.
• Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during the journey.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or behaving inappropriately.

7. Luggage

• Standard luggage allowance is included in all bookings. Please advise of excess or oversized luggage when booking.
• We are not responsible for damage to fragile, valuable, or improperly packed items.
• Customers are responsible for loading and unloading their own luggage, though drivers will assist where possible.
• Lost property found in vehicles will be held for 7 days. Contact us immediately if you leave something behind.
• Dangerous goods, illegal items, and hazardous materials are prohibited.

8. Service Delays and Disruptions

• While we strive to provide punctual service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, accidents, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We recommend allowing adequate buffer time for airport departures.
• In the event of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange alternative transport as quickly as possible.
• We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or connections due to delays beyond our control.

9. Liability and Insurance

• Campbelltown Transfers carries appropriate public liability and passenger insurance.
• Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
• Claims must be made in writing within 7 days of the incident.

• We collect personal information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.
• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

11. Modifications to Terms

Campbelltown Transfers reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
