Most cruise lines recommend arriving 2-3 hours before departure. We factor in travel time plus a buffer. If your cruise departs at 5pm, we'll have you there by 2pm comfortably. We plan the pickup time accordingly when you book.

Yes. Our vehicles can handle large amounts of luggage — cruise passengers typically have more bags than average. For groups with many suitcases, our 12-seat vans have a large separate cargo area. Just let us know the approximate luggage count when booking.

Absolutely. We monitor vessel arrivals and coordinate pickup timing. Just provide your cruise line, vessel name, and expected return date when booking. We'll be there when you disembark — no queuing for taxis with heavy luggage.

We monitor cruise arrival times. If there are changes to the schedule, we'll adjust your pickup accordingly. You can also call us once you've cleared customs and we'll coordinate from there. No extra charge for reasonable delays.
