How we handle flight changes to ensure your pickup is always on time
Our Flight Change Policy

Automatic Adjustment
You don't need to call us if your flight is delayed. We track all flights automatically and adjust pickup times in real-time. Your driver will be waiting when you actually land, not when you were originally scheduled.
Delayed by Minutes
Minor delays of up to 30 minutes are absorbed by our standard waiting time allowance.
Action: No action needed - we handle it automatically.
Delayed 1-3 Hours
We automatically reschedule your driver to arrive at the new estimated time.
Action: No extra charge - our flight tracking handles it.
Delayed 3+ Hours
We continue to track and adjust. For overnight delays, we'll contact you to confirm.
Action: No extra charge - but do confirm with us if possible.
Flight Arrives Early
We monitor for early arrivals and adjust when possible. Allow normal waiting time after landing.
Action: Contact us if you land significantly early.
Flight Cancellations
If your flight is cancelled, here's what to do:
- Contact us immediately: Call 0427 143 612 as soon as you know your flight is cancelled
- Rebooked on another flight: We'll transfer your booking to your new flight at no charge
- Travelling on a different day: We'll reschedule or provide a full refund
- Flight cancelled same day: Full refund or free rebooking for your new flight
Important: Please Notify Us
While we track flights automatically, cancellations require manual intervention. Please call us as soon as you know your flight is cancelled so we can help you reschedule or process your refund quickly.
Overnight Delays
If your flight is delayed until the next day:
- We'll contact you: Our team will reach out to confirm your new arrival details
- No extra charge: Your booking transfers to the new date at no additional cost
- Accommodation needed? We can recommend nearby hotels if you're stuck at the airport
- Keep us updated: Let us know your new flight number and expected arrival time
Diversions to Other Airports
In rare cases, your flight may divert to another airport (e.g., Melbourne, Brisbane, or Canberra due to weather). Here's what we can do:
- Sydney booking on hold: We'll hold your booking until you return to Sydney
- Alternative arrangements: We can help arrange transport from the diverted airport (additional charges may apply)
- Full refund option: If you make your own way home, we'll refund your booking
- New flight to Sydney: If you're rebooked to Sydney, we'll pick you up at the new arrival time

Outbound Flights (Home to Airport)
For pickups from home to the airport, our policy is slightly different:
- Flight delayed before pickup: Contact us to adjust your pickup time (we recommend keeping your original time to avoid rushing)
- Flight cancelled: Contact us for free rebooking or full refund
- Flight moved earlier: Contact us ASAP and we'll try to accommodate the new time (subject to availability)
- Flight moved to next day: We'll reschedule your pickup at no extra charge
Our Recommendation
If your outbound flight is delayed by a few hours, we recommend keeping your original pickup time. This gives you buffer time at the airport and avoids stress if the flight delay time changes again.
