Standard Luggage Allowance
At Campbelltown Transfers, we understand that traveling often means bringing luggage. Our vehicles are designed to accommodate your belongings comfortably. Here's our standard luggage policy:
- 1 large suitcase per passenger (up to 23kg / 50lbs each)
- 1 carry-on bag or personal item per passenger
- Standard check-in luggage size: Maximum 158cm (62 inches) linear dimensions
- No extra charge for standard luggage within these limits
Travelling Light?
If you're traveling with less luggage than our standard allowance, you may be able to share a vehicle with fellow travelers or request a smaller vehicle at a reduced rate. Contact us to discuss your options.
Sedans
Up to 3 large suitcases + 3 carry-ons. Perfect for 1-3 passengers with standard luggage.
SUVs
Up to 4 large suitcases + 4 carry-ons. Ideal for families or travelers with extra bags.
Minivans
Up to 6-7 large suitcases + carry-ons. Great for groups traveling together.
Oversized & Special Items
We can accommodate oversized items and special equipment with advance notice. Please inform us when booking if you're traveling with any of the following:
- Sports equipment: Golf clubs, surfboards, skis, snowboards, bicycles
- Musical instruments: Guitars, cellos, keyboards, etc.
- Mobility aids: Wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters (foldable)
- Baby equipment: Prams, strollers, car seats (we provide free baby seats!)
- Extra luggage: More than 1 large suitcase per person
- Oversized boxes: Moving boxes, large packages
Extra Luggage Charges
Additional large items: $10-20 per extra item depending on size
Sports equipment: Usually no extra charge if space permits, but please advise in advance
Oversized items requiring larger vehicle: We'll quote you for the appropriate vehicle size
Items We Cannot Transport
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport the following items:
- Dangerous goods: Flammable liquids, explosives, corrosive materials
- Illegal substances: Prohibited drugs or materials
- Live animals: Unless in approved pet carriers (see our pet policy)
- Unpackaged food items: Open food containers that may spill
- Items exceeding vehicle capacity: Furniture or extremely large items

- Weigh your bags: Airlines have strict weight limits; so do we for safe handling
- Use soft-sided luggage: Flexible bags fit better in vehicle compartments
